CHILDREN TURNING INTO COUCH POTATOES

Nowadays, many cases are coming like obesity among the children. Reason is eating of junk food. An average child eats junk food at least five times a week but breakfast cereals are almost a regular feature. But the teenagers don’t even know that this causes tooth decay and can lead to obesity in teenagers. Many popular brands like Maggi, Top Ramen and Wai Wai are coming in the market. They are fast to cook and tasty to eat. But they are also harmful for health. Some items like cakes, biscuits etc. are very harmful for health. They even don’t do any sort of physical exercises. They only sit in front of television and eats too much of junk food. This causes obesity in children. In most schools canteens are there. Most children eat things like pagodas, chips; burgers etc.The obesity in children can be avoided. Children should do regular exercise, bring home cooked meal to school or the school lunch should be designed by a school nutritionist. Allow the children to eat junk food but only once a week.
